Facilities
Cottages
All cottages have a private terrace with a view over the meadows and access to the orchard. Each cottage has a private bathroom, 1 or more bedrooms, an equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee maker. There is a TV, dishwasher and the beds have duvets.
Babysit
Our daughter (14) likes to babysit your children. Mail or call us to discuss whether that fits your situation.
Entertainment
We do not have a disco, bingo, animation team or chlorine pool. In fact, if that’s what you’re looking for, it might be wiser to book elsewhere.
We do have a beautiful orchard, and in the summer there is often a campfire. There are plenty of games and books available. When the weather is nice, people often swim in the Schie that flows in front of the door, but that is officially not allowed. There are several fun things to do in the area;

Eating together
We like to eat together every Sunday, we serve vegetables from the vegetable garden. We usually cook a vegetarian and meat variant of the menu. In the summer months there is more often a campfire on the site.
Canoeing
At camping Delflandhoeve (< 5 minutes by bike) you can rent canoes to sail through the polders.
Open fridge
In the Deel there is a fridge with drinks and a freezer with ice creams, you can count what you use. If you have forgotten something, you can always ask if we happen to have it at home (toothpaste, mosquito repellent, etc.).
Open days
We regularly participate in the open monument day, Peeking at the neighbours, Strolling through the Gardens or Midden Delfland Day.
Accessibility
You can reach us via LINKrouteplanner. Delft Campus station is 3 km away, the airport is 10 km away. The nearest bus station is 100 meters away. You can park the car with us.
Payment and house rules
You pay for your stay when you make the reservation. If you have drinks or eaten with us, you pay for it before you leave. You can pay cash or digitally. When you book you accept our house rules and conditions. The most important house rule is: enjoy but don’t spoil the fun for someone else. We regularly participate in cultural festivities, but we are not a party location. You can therefore not hire us for a (year club) party or the like. Here (LINK) you will find all the house rules.
Pets
Pets are allowed in consultation.
Beware
Please note that there is water on and near the site. If you have small children who can’t swim (well) yet, you have to pay extra attention there. Of course we maintain the grounds, but there are always blackberries and nettles to be found. So take precautions for that. There can also be mosquitoes, so bring anti-mosquito spray. The site is not easily accessible for people in wheelchairs.

We have a cot available on request.
Wifi
We have wifi but it doesn’t have top speed.
Private garden and orchard
Buitenplaats de Zweth has more than one hectare of land with apple trees, pear trees, walnut trees and plum trees. In the fall you can pick what you can eat. You can hang your hammock or read your book anywhere. The houses also have a private garden.
Apartment
The apartment is located above the Deel in the old historic farm and has its own entrance. It is a studio with its own kitchen, balcony and bathroom. Sometimes we rent it out including 1 or 2 extra bedrooms.
Safari camping tent
You can rent a luxury safari tent. A mini-apartment in the open air with a nice “real” bed and a kitchenette.
Treehouse
There will be some tree houses in the edge of the orchard.
Tent site
There is room for five tents in the edge of the orchard. The pitches have electricity. In the Deel you can use the shower and toilet. Caravans, campers or vans cannot come to us. If you want us to place a tent for you, please contact us.
